A Connected In Tune World
Let’s face it, The World of Music isn’t an isolated box of singular experience. Often described as an universal language, it crosses our path in life in a multiplicity of ways. What is more interesting though, is how it triggers or stimulates deeper parts of the human psyche and spirit.
Over the years and during a period in my life where I left the world of music, I had to meet myself a second time through contemplation and spiritual development. I hasten to add, I didn’t do it alone, but with the help of some friends and professionals. After years of stress and tension my mind got a breather and I started observing and learning from a more expanded perspective and understanding of the broader world at large.
Through this I started to deeply realize how music has the ability to make us more connected as humans, both within ourselves but also with others. If you are reading this, you are probably already aware of what I am talking about, from the many books, studies and more that have documented in different circles the power of music and what it can do.
There is no doubt that music is an essential part of life. It soothes us and heals us in times of difficulty, it helps us meditate and rebalance. It can also do the opposite by triggering emotions, wanted or unwanted. Music can also excite and inspire us.
I really think that music is a spiritual experience that taps into that invisible part of us that cannot be measured by human hand. It has been an expression within the natural world according to native peoples, ever before an instrument was created for human pleasure.
I challenge you to think about WHY music holds such importance in life. Eliminate the marketing music tactics that are used in every shopping mall across the world from your mind. Instead consider frequencies of sound and the way they make you feel. Think about how since the origins of humanity, music has been a spiritual expression, which deeply connects us all if done with the healthiest of intentions. It goes way beyond the competition stage or the exam hall. It serves in ways that many of us have never even considered, even if not played with exquisite perfection.
Living an inspired life is easy when things go well, but I have heard first hand stories, that when health and well-being are in question, how the Healing Power of Music impacts and regenerates if the user of such knows how to tap into the depth of the sound consistently.
A Musically Inspired Life…
