Phoebe Cross is a drummer, with a passion for music and ecology. As a team leader with a non-profit in the UK, Phoebe is part of a team that creates programs to encourage the growth of music within communities that may not have access to music education because of financial constraints. Phoebe regularly performs with her band around the UK. As a drummer she explains how being a female created a sense of tension when young.
